What is DTG Printing?

Firstly, it stands for Direct to Garment but is sometimes referred to as Digital Garment printing. It is a process of printing graphics onto textiles and garments. … It uses modified inkjet technology to print whatever graphic you want onto the shirt.

The advantage of this process is that we can print a multiple color print on a small quantity of shirts..even one piece! DTG eliminates the traditional setup costs and time needed using manual or automatic screen printing; which is beneficial to non-profits and school clubs who may need to print a small number of shirts for their sponsor’s team walk, events, conferences, etc. DTG also looks great on polo shirts!
